Start by browsing through the SHOP menu in the top bar, or the use the scrolling category list on the home page. From there you can scroll through all products or use the filter lists to refine your options. Select the product you want. This will take you to the Product Detail page where you can select the size and quantity of items you wish to purchase.
You can browse the site as much as you like before you place your order; our software will remember all of the items that you have chosen. When you are ready to order, follow the Shopping Cart link at the top of any page.
On the SHOPPING CART page, review the quantity for each item. If you decide that you do not want a specific item, simply click on REMOVE under the product description. You can also change the quantity of items in your cart by typing the correct quantity in the box under QUANTITY. Make sure you update the shopping cart total by clicking the UPDATE CART button.
If you have a coupon code, enter that code in the area asking if you have a coupon code and click ADD COUPON.
You can also estimate your total shipping by entering your Country, State and Zip Code information.
If you are a Tillamook Country Smoker customer with an account, you can now gain loyalty points.
You may already have collected some. If so, there will be a check box in your shopping cart with the options to either redeem your loyalty points or save them for later use.
For every $10.00 of product ordered, you will receive 5000 points, (500 for each dollar). For instance, when you’ve gathered 10,000 points from previous orders, you can redeem them and save a $1.00 off your next $20 order. Join here
Your SAVINGS and SUBTOTAL are available to you on the SHOPPING CART page as well as the SHIPPING ESTIMATE. Also, you can preview using your LOYALTY POINTS, if you have an account set up.
Because there is no sales tax in the state of Oregon, none will be added to your total. You may change the quantities, if you like, and update cart by pressing UPDATE CART until you are happy with your order. When you are ready to order press PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
Once you select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, you will be directed to the BILLING INFORMATION page. Enter your billing and shipping information. All fields with an “*” next to it are required, and you will not be able to place your order until they are complete. If your billing address and shipping address are the same, select SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS before continuing. If you’d like to ship to an alternate address, select SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS to enter that information.
We currently offer Federal Express and USPS shipping options. During our Free Shipping promotion (see below), free shipping applies to Ground shipping on any order over $45 delivered to the lower 48 states. (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
We ship all orders on the next business day after we receive the order. We will send an email to you with the tracking number and approximate delivery date for each order.
Length of delivery is based on real days. Packages can be left without a signature. Deliveries might occasionally be subject to weather holds to avoid damage to your order caused by extreme temperatures. Delays of up to a week can result.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping. During this promotion, only Fedex Ground deliveries to the lower 48 states are eligible for free shipping. Orders must be more than $45 to earn free shipping. (Excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
Deliveries made via USPS will incur a shipping charge after your order is placed. This shipping charge is the published rate as posted by USPS; we don’t add anything to it.
Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely when you use our website to buy jerky and other snacks. You are safe, but if you prefer to place your order over the phone, call toll-free at 1 (888) 987-4233 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 5 P.M., Pacific time, to complete your order.
You will receive a confirmation by email that your order was placed. After you have logged in, you may also print your order confirmation from My Orders under the My Account page.
