Made with jalapenos and high grade meat (it's not a Hot Dog!). Cured for 8 hours, cooked for 6 hours, dried for 4 days and consumed in minutes. In short, made slow, eaten fast.
Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Water, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Jalapeño Pepper, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice Extractives, Sodium Nitrite.
